Departures: June-September 2023


  • Day 1:

    • Drive to Penticton, or arrive by air in Kelowna, BC

    • If arriving in Kelowna by air, choose to stay at a lakeside hotel, or collect a rental vehicle and head directly to the South Okanagan town of Penticton

    • Enjoy the diverse scenery on your drive to South Okanagan (est. 2.5 hours). 

    • Check into your lakeside cabin(s) and get ready to unwind and have some fun

    • After a brief refreshment break, head out to a renowned Indigenous winery for a tasting experience 

    • Dine at their award winning restaurant or explore Penticton's  rich culinary scene

    • Guests return to their cabin to relax and unwind, evening at leisure


  • Day 2:

    • Morning departure for Cawston, BC

    • Agriculture is the engine of the Thompson Okanagan. Local farms, large and small, produce an abundant wealth of produce (and grapes!), cheeses and other products. Visit a local organic farm for a hands-in-the-dirt agriculture experience, learn how your food is grown and supplied.  

    • Sit down for a relaxed family-style lunch in a convivial atmosphere, featuring farm-to-table food that couldn’t be fresher (0 Mile diet!). Options are available to suit travellers with dietary restrictions.

    • Consider picking up local produce for tonights's dinner, to be prepared in your private cabin

    • Visit a nearby ecological centre to explore Canada’s only desert in-depth, supported by cultural insights from an indigenous perspective. 

    • Time to refresh and tantalize with a visit to a gorgeous, and sustainably operated, boutique winery. Guests are encouraged to pick up a bottle (or case) of some of BC’s tastiest wine, not available in stores.

    • Return to your cabin for an evening at leisure. Rest-up and pack! Tomorrow will be a busy day, starting early.


  • Day 3: 

    • Breakfast at leisure

    • Get out on the water and play, with a supported watersports adventure. Adaptive and standard equipment options are available, with experienced guides on hand to keep everyone safe and entertained.

    • Return to your cabin for an evening at leisure. Rest-up and pack! Tomorrow is departure day (unless extending).

  • Day 4: 

    • Check-out and travel home or return to Kelowna for your flight connection, or extend your stay

    • Add an optional Kelowna stop to keep the party going
